Falcon Sprint Convertable. Restoration project

1964 Falcon Convertible Project

A nice weekend cruiser.

It’s spent the last 9 years in wine country and gets lots of looks and photos when we’re out wine tasting.
Upgraded to a 200 ci and a 3 speed automatic (both run great)
Power Convertible top
5K worth of brake and suspension work by Vintage Vehicles (Novato, CA) in 2019 (have receipts)
AM/ FM CD player
Has some small cosmetic blemishes in the paint and the odometer has never worked since I’ve owned it (I’ve put on less that 1,000 miles since 2016) but overall runs and drives great.

1963 Convertible in North Bay Area, CA

Please read full description before contacting me. Rare Factory Sprint with the introduction of the Ford Mustang the Sprint Hardtops sales dropped dramatically to only 2806 in 1965. This was an extremely rust free straight car best suited for a Restomod as shock towers have been removed and set up with a power rack & pinion steering and suspension. They also replaced part of firewalll and transmission hump out of late model Mustang. Car has 70 Mustang front seats but I do have a pair of correct factory bucket seats in similar condition swap for $200 Extra. Cars comes with mismatched Rollers. If you want to go back to stock I also have a nice front unibody clip with firewall, hump and dash available for $500 extra as shown in last 2 pictures. The price is $5000 the car is located in LAS VEGAS possible delivery up to 300 miles for a fee.

1960 Ford Falcón 2 door

1966 Ranchero Deluxe. Original 289 V-8, new carb, new dual exhaust with turbo mufflers, new tires, fresh alignment, 14-inch Cragar S/S wheels. Was 3-speed manual from factory—now 4-speed manual with perfect up/down shifting and smooth clutch engagement. Was red from factory—repainted blue many years ago. Paint is excellent—less orange peel than factory and vey tidy—no sign of red and no blue where it does not belong (trim, emblems, rubber, etc). Runs, shifts, steers and stops just like it should. Wipers inoperable and heater blower motor noisy. Radio and lights all working. No fluid leaks, original solid floor pans intact.

Once again very rust free body no signs of any major accidents. No extra parts are included. $5000 Firm, the car is located in Las Vegas possible delivery up to 300 miles for a fee.

Great paint(paint is 5 years old)

1964 ford falcon futura 302 4spd

Solid desert car with newer paint. Non-running project. No signs of any major accidents. Very rust free except couple floor pans will need patching or replacement. Paint is less than a year old, but it has acquired a couple chips and scratches but still would be a decent looking daily driver as it is. Sorry no Title or Seats. Also missing a couple pieces of glass as well but fairly complete otherwise. Engine will need to be rebuilt or replaced. Car is located in Las Vegas, possible delivery up to 300 miles for a fee. I can get a Title but it will take time and is $500 extra.

Solid 2 Door Sedan- Easy Project

Please read full description before contacting me. Rare factory Sprint. Pretty nice body for being 62 years old, not much rust except right front floor pan has some pin holes and there are a few bubbles on the bottom of the quarter panels. Front and Rear Frame Rails, Rockers, Torque Boxes, Shock Towers and Engine Bay are all excellent. Originally V8 with automatic transmission and power steering. Engine upgraded with hard to find early 5 Bolt 289 that was running when pulled, but should be considered a core. No automatic transmission, but I have most of a 4 speed conversion shown in last picture available for $1000 extra. I have a clean Title. The car is located in Las Vegas possible delivery up to 300 miles for a fee. The price is $6000 without the 4 speed set up. I would consider keeping the 289 and offering a small discount. Please note missing 1 quarter molding and 1965 Gas Cap pictured is not included.

Falcon Sprint - Solid Project

Rare and Desirable 1963 1/2 two-door hardtop Falcon Sprint, factory black on black 4 speed car. Engine has been upgraded to a very hard to find early 5 bolt 289 to match up with the original bell housing & transmission. California car since day one, however it is 62 years old and it does have some rust, floor pans are excellent except right front floor will need a patch, lower quarter panels will definitely need some patch work as well as lower door corners. Back half of the car appears to be original paint. Old California Title. $6500 The car is located in Las Vegas. I am willing to deliver up to 350 miles for a fee.

$6500 as pictured, but since a lot of buyers want to do their own thing. I will consider reasonable offers if keeping either engine, transmission and/or the bucket seats. I also have another pair of factory bucket seats in rougher shape, willing to sell separate or swap out. I am in no rush to sell this car. I’ve had it for a long time. It does not run. There are 20 pictures attached to this ad. I’ve had a few people inquire about more pictures that are shown in the ad. Please scroll through all pictures before contacting me. Thank you.

1963 Falcon Sprint Hardtop

Located in Dallas / Fort Worth Texas area.

Convertible Sprint - 4 spd, V8, factory tach, buckets, ps kit included. Runs and Drives. Frame and floor pans solid with some undercarrage and body pannel surface rust. Original color was Prairie Tan, but repainted a darker brown in 70s with some bondo over rear wheel wells. Front seats reupholstered in leather, not OEM covers but look good. New gas tank, exhaust, radiator, alternator conversion, brakes, battery, tires, carburetor kit and other items to get it roadworthy. All original. < 10K miles since engine overhaul, rockers ticking and need adjustment. Power roof control in car but power roof never worked. Rear windows come off tracks when rolled down. Front drivers side door replaced long ago and unfortunately correct car code plate was not retained. Speedometer cable froze and stripped the small plastic cable drive gear. Odometer shows 89K and not many more miles. Crack in lower windshield, missing original radio, electrical needs attention and horn doesn't activate.
