1965 Falcon Deluxe wagon. ROLLER. No engine or transmission. FOR SALE

First I will start with THE BAD..
The car has had rust and an amateur repair was done. Still presentable and definitely fixable. Rust areas are the usual. Battery tray and the drivers side floor has a patch.
The gas cap and the tailgate window crank are missing. Someone tried to open the tailgate with the window up and broke the glass. It has been replaced with a piece of plexiglass.
The paint and the color are hideous but that's not why you're buying it.
The front windshield has a rock chip.
The front driver's side wheel is locked up due to sitting.
It still needs tires. These are rollers only and that pesky drivers side front goes flat quickly. Leaking around the bead.
Car was swapped over to disc brakes and the steering wasn't aligned.
The front bench seat is missing and has been replaced with fiberglass buckets. There are some Mustang seats in the back that goes with it.
The bumpers are with the car but only cores. They will need straightened and rechromed. They are not bolted on in the pictures and are just sitting there.
The car has a Texas title in the previous owners name and I have the bill of sale in Alabama where I bought it. Alabama is not a title state so I will do a bill of sale to you and you will get the entire string of paperwork.

The GOOD...
In the pictures you will see a green dot. This is a magnet. It is stuck in all of the common rust prone areas. You won't find a car with less rust than this. If you are wanting to restore a rotted out Falcon wagon this will be the one to use for donor metal or to restore instead. Fenders are perfect. Quarters are excellent. The spare tire well is solid. The tailgate which always rots out is all rust free. The body shell on this car is worth the price alone.
I looked up at the cowl area and they all appeared to be solid. I don't see the rust in the usual areas.
The car has a 5 bolt Maverick rear end and front spindles with disc brakes. New control arm bushings were put in when the car was swapped over but as I said earlier the car was not aligned when they did the job. This is originally a T code car with a 3 speed on the column. Still has the pedals. The guy that had the car before me was going to make it a drag car and wanted to put a 351C in it. He soon found out that it wasn't a bolt in deal and the project stalled.
All of the glass is there except where previously mentioned.
Comes with Mustang seats that are in the back of the car.
Said to come with all of the trim which is in the interior of the car. I saw it but have not laid it all out. The interior is packed with parts.
Comes with a PVC tube with the drip rail trim inside.
This car was originally from Odessa, TX and is a dry and solid as you would expect a Texas car to be.

I am too deep in other Fairlane wagon projects right now to take this on or I would keep it. This one would be pretty easy work to get back on the road. Wagons are the hot ticket right now.

Pictures are included. If you want to see anything else let me know. I'm not hiding anything. The price is fair for what it is. If you think my price is high then make me an offer but I'm not giving it away.

Car is located in Ashford Alabama 36312. Price is $2500. I would like it gone as soon as possible. I will not hold or part out. What there is is what sells. First come first serve. I will work with shippers but remember this does not roll well due to the locked up front tire. I can remove the caliper and cut the hose if that helps but that is a far as I will go. I leave nothing to the imagination and will be a straight about the condition of the car as I can be. This car is nicer than the Fairlane wagon body that I have on a rotisserie being rebuilt right now.

Let me know.
